Returns & Exchange

We want you to fall in love with your Paári the Label pieces, so if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can return any full-priced items (excluding earrings) for a full refund, or a store credit within 30 days of purchase. As long as your returns meets the below requirements:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of delivery (marked by tracking)

  • The item is returned unworn, undamaged, in all original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • The items was not purchased on sale or clearance stock. Sale or Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

*We cannot accept returns for the following conditions (no exception can be made):

  • Final sale items, Clearance items and sample sale items.

  • Any earrings due to hygienic regulations, no exceptions can be made.

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn and/or altered.

  • After 30 days from the date of delivery (according to the tracking)

Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, for an exchange (in-store only) or store credit. Items must be unworn, in their original condition (with tags attached), and with proof of purchase to be eligible for return. Once you return is approved, we will need to receive your parcel within 14 days for your credit to be processed.

Paári the Label does not cover the cost of return postage. Unless an error has occurred at the fault of Paári the Label, you will not be asked to pay the return postage fee when lodging your return. We recommend purchasing tracked postage so you can trace your return; Paári the Label does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen or any damage parcels.

Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons. Items purchased on sale/sample/clearance items, free gifts, are not eligible to be returned.

We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty due to the manufacturing process. Under consumer law, ‘Paári the Label’ reserves the right to assess and determine fault within a product prior to processing a refund.

How do I return an Item?

  1. Please email admin@paarithelabel.com.au with your full name, order date, order number and name of item/items that you wish to return, placing ‘return’ in the email subject line.

  2. We will email you the next steps in returning your items.

  3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Paári the Label will not accept any items returned worn or tampered with in any way.

  4. Ship your parcel back to the address provided. You will need to pay the return postage fee when lodging your return. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to us safely. We cannot process your request until your parcel is successfully delivered to us. We recommend purchasing tracked postage so you can trace your return; Paári the Label does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen or any damage parcels.

  5. Once we receive your return, we will assess your returned item to check if it is eligible for a return. If eligible, we will either issue you a refund on the items or provide you with a store credit in the form of an online code which can be used storewide, or alternatively provide you with the new tracking number for your exchange. The online code will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, it cannot be applied towards shipping charges if any.
