Orders and Payments

2.2. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

2.4. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website.

Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.
3.2. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
3.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other third parties.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
4.1. Our return policy lasts 30 days after receiving delivery (marked by tracking). If you decide to return after 30 days of receiving your delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
4.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned unworn and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
4.3. We cannot accept returns for the following conditions (no exceptions can be made):
- Final sale items, Clearance items and sample items.
- Any earrings due to hygienic regulations, no exceptions can be made.
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn and altered.
- After 30 days from the date of delivery (according to the tracking)
4.4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
4.5. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend the customer to purchase a tracked postage so you can trace your return; Paári the Label does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen or any damage parcels.
4.6. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4.7. We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty due to the manufacturing process. Under consumer law, ‘Paári the Label’ reserves the right to assess and determine fault within a product prior to processing a refund.

Product Descriptions
5.1. We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
5.2. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Promotions
6.1. All promotions, discounts, or offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be provided at the time of the promotion.
6.2. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless otherwise stated.

Gift Cards
7.1. Gift cards are available for purchase on our website and are redeemable only at Paári the Label.
7.2. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.3. Gift cards have an expiry date of 36 months from the date of purchase based on the minimum requirement under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
7.4. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Intellectual Property
8.1. All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Paári the Label or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
8.2. Unauthorised use of any content from this website is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paári the Label shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website.
9.2. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
