From Friday 20th December 2024, if you order after this date we cannot guarantee safe delivery in time for Christmas.
All orders purchased between 20th December 2024 to 5th January 2025 will be shipped out after the 5th January 2025.
Shipping
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, based in Victoria, Australia.
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after the order is confirmed. (Please allow extra processing days during sales and holiday seasons.)
We carefully inspect each piece to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipping. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order if your jewellery is damaged due to delivery handling or faulty.

Orders under $100.00 will be delivered via Australia Post.

International Shipping
Flat Rate for Orders Under $200 AUD
$30 AUD international shipping fee for orders under $200 AUD.
Free Shipping for Orders Over $200 AUD
Orders over $200 AUD are eligible for FREE international shipping.
Shipping Duration
The duration of international shipping depends on the courier and destination country. Paári the Label is not responsible for delays caused by international shipping carriers or customs processes.
Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the laws of the destination country. Paári the Label is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Paári the Label is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post, any other courier, or international shipping carriers. We will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with the relevant postal service.
Paári the Label is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. Paári the Label is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.
Please note we do not hold or delay parcel post at customer request.
Paári the Label is not responsible for courier delays once an order leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, shipping delays are out of our control and a common occurrence in today’s world. They do not make your order eligible for a refund. Please take this into consideration when purchasing your items.
Paári the Label is not responsible for any packages after being marked as delivered, nor responsible for any missing/lost/stolen packages. Please ensure to order to a designated unit number and avoid ordering to public environments such as hotels, etc.
